Men's Rules
Rule 1: Team Composition and ID Verification
a. Each team must have a minimum of four and a maximum of five players.
b. All players must submit their ID cards to the organizers before each match for verification. Players without ID cards will not be allowed to participate.
c. Only players born on or after January 1st, 2001, are eligible to participate.
Rule 2: Match Format
a. The tournament will follow a best-of-3 matches format, with each match consisting of best 2-of-3 sets.
b. Each set will be played to 21 points, with a deuce allowed up to 30 points, if needed.
c. There will be two singles and one doubles match between opposing teams. If a team wins both singles matches, the doubles match will not be played, and they advance to the next round.
Rule 3: Player Participation
a. A player is allowed to participate in a maximum of two matches (one singles and one doubles).
b. This rule ensures that all players have a fair chance to compete and contributes to a balanced game structure.
Rule 4: Equipment
a. Yonex Mavis-350 plastic shuttlecocks will be used throughout the tournament.
b. Teams are advised to bring their own rackets and any other personal equipment they may require.
Rule 5: Player Conduct
a. All players must maintain respectful behavior towards referees, officials, and opponents.
b. Any use of aggressive behavior or foul language will result in disciplinary action by the tournament officials.
Rule 6: Arrival and Final Decision Authority
a. Teams must report to the court 30 minutes before their match time to ensure smooth scheduling.
b. The final decision authority rests with the referees and the organizing team, and all match-related decisions are final.
