Women's Rules
Rule 1: Team Registration and ID Verification
a. Each team can register up to 18 players, with ID cards required for identity verification.
b. All players must submit their ID cards to the organizers before each match.
c. Only players born on or after January 1st, 2001, are eligible to participate.
d. Teams are required to report to the court at least 30 minutes prior to their match.
Rule 2: Court Dimensions and Game Structure
a. The standard court dimensions are 12.2m x 18.3m, with a neutral box on each side measuring 1m.
b. Each team consists of 12 players, with 7 active players on the court and 5 substitutes.
c. The game is a best-of-3 format with sets scored to 25, 25, and 15 points, respectively. Winning 2 out of 3 sets wins the match.
Rule 3: Serving Regulations
a. Serving is allowed only after the whistle and must occur within 5 seconds.
b. Players must serve from behind the service line using a single hand, without crossing the line.
c. The ball should not touch the net during service and must be served from above shoulder height.
Rule 4: Player Actions and Restrictions
a. Players may jump to serve or throw but cannot jump to catch the ball.
b. Double touches are prohibited when receiving the ball.
c. While catching or releasing, the ball must only make contact with the palm and must be released within 3 seconds.
Rule 5: Net and Dead Zone Regulations
a. Players may not touch the net or enter the dead zone during play; however, the ball may touch the net.
b. Shifting the ball from one hand to the other during play is prohibited, and doing so will result in a foul.
c. Rotation or a 360-degree turn while releasing the ball is not allowed.
Rule 6: Substitution and Third Zone Restrictions
a. Substitutions are allowed but not in the Third Zone.
b. Two players may not catch the ball simultaneously, as it will be considered a foul.
